How is Wanna Stuff different from other site?

We can guarantee you quality products, swift delivery, and lowest prices.

How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within one to five days of your order, and then take up to three weeks to reach your doorstep. But because of COVID-19, the product may take longer depending on where you are. Each product at Wanna Stuff has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time-frame specified for each individual product just let us know. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order - if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted - then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card.

 

How to order?

1. Go to the item page of the product that you would like to order;
2. Select the quantity of items that you would like to order and click “Add to Cart”;
3. Click "Check Out" in the pop up window;
4. In the new page, please fill in your information (Email, Name, Shipping address) and then click "Continue to Shipping Method";
5. Click "Continue to payment method" on the next screen;
6. Then fill in your credit card information and click "complete order" to finish the transaction.

Where do you provide shipping to? 

We provide shipping to all of USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and most of European Union countries such as Germany, and UK.

How can I track my order?

An email will be sent to you within 48 hours from the time of your purchase. If you did not receive it, you can check if it is in the spam/junk folder. There should be a tracking number inside the email together with the courier used to deliver your package, please go to the courier's website and enter the tracking number to track your order. If the email was not sent, you can send us an email at info@wannastuff.com with your order number/ details, and we will double check your order and send you the tracking number.

How to apply a discount code?

When you use the discount code, you should enter your code in the discount code text box, which is located at checkout page. 
You would have to activate the code by pressing the “apply” button next to the discount box after entering the discount code. You will see whether the code is successfully applied after the button is pressed.
