Ceremonial Throne of King Tutankhamun, Plexiglass Case (Style 2) - Museum Replica

Ceremonial Throne of King Tutankhamun, Plexiglass Case — Museum Reproduction, Not an Original Antiquity

This reproduction depicts Tutankhamun's ecclesiastical throne, part of his tomb furnishings and believed to date from the transitional period when the young king still bore his birth name, Tutankhaten, before Egypt's return to traditional Amun worship. The backrest is decorated with the vulture goddess Nekhbet, wings spread in protection over the king's cartouches, blending Amarna-period solar imagery with classic Egyptian royal iconography. This piece is set on a wooden base beneath a clear plexiglass cover.
