Unique Scarab Egyptian Jewelry Box with Hieroglyphics

This jewelry box is handmade in Egypt from polystone, hand-painted in gold tones with a blue scarab beetle on the lid and hieroglyphic carving around the sides. In ancient Egyptian mythology, the scarab beetle was a symbol of rebirth and protection, closely associated with the god Khepri and the rising sun.
